Currently, I am coaching people on healthy lifestyles, which is plural because as we are each created differently, its only a custom-made lifestyle, tailored to each individual that actually turns out to be doable and sustainable, and not just a program or formula.
This club came into my life through a book my wonderful little sister passed on to me! It was the hilarious The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society!! Since enjoying this very unique book, two things have happened. First, I feel kind of guilty each time I throw potato peels away, and secondly, I decided it wouldn't hurt to join a book-sharing club as a new way of taking better care of a certain empty-nester!!
