Other interests, besides reading that I have, are music, I play handbells with a church choir, I also enjoy volunteering with the Literacy Council in my county and I am currently working with a woman from Thailand who is learning to read and write English. I have two daughters, one in college majoring in Elementary Education and one in middle school and her passion is ballet,lyrical, jazz and hip hop. I work in the skydiving industry at a plant that makes sport, military and powered parachutes. I love living near the ocean and spend any available time on the beach. I keep a reading journal and have kept a list of every book I've read since 1976. I've had some very dry spells through the years, but have always loved to read. I'm excited about this website and what it might bring as I begin releasing books into the wild. : )
