Extended Profile
Hello! I'm amazed to have found such an awesome and selfless site, and very glad to be a part of it!
I'm a huge fantasy and sci-fi buff, but also enjoy poetry and historical fiction. I love a heavy dose of political intrigue in my reading, and am currently devouring the Miles Vorkosigan novels as fast as I can buy them. I plan to start a book journal (at LiveJournal.com) where I can keep reviews of the books I've read, but between work and looking at grad schools, I haven't quite found the time yet. If and when I get it up and running, I'll post the address here for anyone who's interested.
What else? I write, myself, albeit very slowly; I haven't finished anything yet! I'm a genius at grammar and spelling, and have a somewhat sardonic sense of humor, but can't say anything in less than a five-paragraph essay. Being an English major for four and a half years has permanently crippled my ability to be brief. :)
