Hi - My reading experiences go way back to comic books. I read alot of sci-fi and then went mainstream. I used to take my allowance and buy 20 second hand comics for a dollar and then spend the day on the couch reading about Superman, Spiderman, the Hulk, Green Lantern and a zillion other superheroes. Then I moved up to books. I have great recollections as a child of reading many in the Tom Swift series. I also did alot of the Hardy Boys and even a few Nancy Drews. Currently, I like spy novels but will read just about anything that catches my interest - the possibilities are limitless. I also tend to gorge on fiction for awhile and then move to non-fiction for a time.

I like to kayak and ride my bike. Both involve laying about with a novel once I have reached somewhere interesting. I also like to climb trees but so far I have not brought a book up a tree with me. I’ll have to work on that.
