I'm still reading, but not as much. I began taking classes in fall of 2007 working toward my masters in nursing, and I don't seem to get around to recording what I have managed to read aside from textbooks. I plan to continue to register and release books locally until I find myself with more time.

I have been an avid reader my whole life. But reading is a very solitary activity. Bookcrossing is great because it reminds me our world is bigger than what I normally touch in my own small corner.

For the past year or two, I've been reading novels from the Literature, Arts, and Medicine Database. Since I am a nurse who reads, I have been interested in the place where literature and medicine intersect.

But since I've experienced more of Bookcrossing, I have begun to read a little bit of whatever crosses my path. I must admit that chick lit is my newest obsession.

For bookrelay purposes, here's my wishlist!
