Extended Profile
Thanks a ton Cliff1976!
Namaste!
It's been a while since I first logged onto bookcrossing and very hesitantly wrote out my first post. Many many many book rings, rays and RABCKS later I thought it was time for me to update my profile at last.
So many good things have happened to me since I joined here...I've been introduced to fantastic new authors like Barbara Kingsolver,Milan Kundera and even authors within my own country-India. Ive also discovered fun genres written by authors like Jennifer Weiner,
Marian Keyes, Jodi Picoult and Jennifer Crusie which help me get by when I'm in the middle of my serious reads.
But most importantly I've gotten to know such tremendously generous and wonderful people here on BC.(My list of names can be found if you scroll a little lower)It's a bit surreal how the people here can go completely out of their way to fulfil that one wishlisted
book, or send you a surprise pack of chocolates in the mail...and sometimes a special hug via PM's just so you know they care.
All I can say is that there is a special aura around the people of bookcrossing..and I hope its contagious!
Well..I'll stop now...so.....
Welcome.

My Personal List of Wonderful and Kind Bookcrossers ..since 2006 and counting!
Ever since I've joined Bookcrossing, I've been overwhelmed by the kindness and generosity of the people here. Whether I've been included in Rings/Rays , sent RABCKS, Christmas wishes and little gifts in the mail or even the PM's that keep coming in reply to random posts that I make, every single gesture is wonderful and it makes me happy. This is my way of recognising these lovely people and remembering them so that sometime, somewhere I may be able to pay it forward...just like them!
(And a special thanks to Amberkatze from whom I got this amazing idea).
