I love books. I love to read them. I love to have them in my hands. I love to collect them. I wish I could write them. However, since I can't afford to buy them anymore most of what I read comes from the library. I have a large library of books at home cluttering up shelves and cabinets, not to mention sacks of books all over the floor. My step-daughter used to call the postcard subscription forms that clutter magazines, "magazine seeds". Well, I hope to leave a few "book seeds" around. Maybe one or two of them will grow into a lifelong love affair, just as one or two (or maybe more) have done with me.
