Favorite Quotes:
If you want something done ask someone who's busy.
Everything is temporary.
If you feel strongly about something, ACT on it. It's usually easier to apologize then to get permission.

Claim to fame: I have lived my life backwards. Played well into my 40s then went back to school. Now, educated beyond my intelligence I am playing in the mountains and on the lake with my dog Buoy a Newfoundland/golden retriever blast of energy & goofiness. There's a "big girl" job out there somewhere for me.

Trips
Best trip: Bhutan, a spiritual and magical place. It changed me from the inside out. Cambodia is a close 2nd. Thailand 3rd.
Most Fun: My travel buddy found an inexpensive junket to the Copper Canyon in Mexico with a bird watching group. We were the only people on the trip NOT drawing social security. While the "group" met every night to add to their life long check list of birds, E and I were at the bar doing research to find the best margarita in Mexico. We found it by the way in the mountain town of Creel - the bartender used Fresca, go figure.
It was an amazing trip. We met some incredible people who were absolutely passionate about bird watching. While E & I were short on bird watching skills we enjoyed the adventure, hikes, scenery, and taste testing. I have never laughed so hard or for so long as I did on that trip.
