I loved books ever since I was a child. I love libraries and bookshops and can spend hours there (and a lot of money). Plenty of full bookshelves were in our house. At the moment I'm living and working at different places every season, so most of my books are packed in boxes, unregistered yet but ready to be once I'll get a permanent apartment again.

I enjoy historic novels, real life stories with meaning and insight, novels of foreign countries, cultures and lifestyles but also crime stories and mysteries and fantasy novels as well. In the non fiction area I'm interested in spirituality, psychology and philosophy, alternative health and sometimes politics.

Other than books I love nature, the mountains and the ocean, whales, art, music and movies. Whenever I can I sing in a choir, play the flute, go to a concert, opera or play or movie... and I'm a huge Johnny Depp admirer

I learned about bookcrossing from an article in our local newspaper and was immediately hooked by the idea. I enjoy the forums - great discussions and so many wonderful people here!
