Extended Profile
I am self employed, under the business name "Fabric Dragon". My web page is fabricdragon, my Live Journal user name is fabricdragon, my forum name most places is fabricdragon, but someone had that user name here already so i put a dash into it.
I am married, have assorted pets, and way too many hobbies. I knit, spin, embroider and generally attempt any craft that holds still long enough. I am a member of the SCA, which is a medieval re creation society. No, i am not one of the people who dress up in armor and hit people with sticks: i am a merchant. i sell embroidery supplies for historical work (silk and linen and such), beads for embroidery and jewelry making, and also knitting and other textile goodies. I do most of my business at SCA events, various Conventions and Festivals, Science Fiction Conventions and so on.
I basically work weekends (see that last bit about conventions and etc.)and travel for business, so i could release a book in my home base of Philadelphia or vicinity one day, and another one in New Hampshire the next day! Also i often don't have internet access until i return home, so i may not be able to enter a release until well after the fact, sorry.
I make and give away free knotted twine Rosaries, you can too! go to www.RosaryArmy.com to learn more.
My bookshelf does not always reflect my personal tastes in books.
my current user picture is Dr. Jaruna, from the Webcomic "Miracles of Science"
