Extended Profile
Hello Everyone,
Well of course I love to read or I wouldn't be here. I read a lot of Fantasy books (all that sword and sorcery stuff) maybe with some romance thrown in. Books with humor are a big plus. I read romance books if they are a bit more out of the ordinary. I enjoy a good mystery or horror(supernatural, vampires, witches etc...) story too. I read historical fiction, and I love to read stories that have to do with Ireland, horses or the Renaissance era. I do read non-fiction as well, must keep myself rounded in the reading world. I haven't as yet gotten to a Meet Up, but maybe I will one of these days.
I have read the usual series of:
Harry Potter
The Lord of the Rings (way back in my college days)
Little House series
Anne of Green Gables series
The Hannible Lecter books
The Sherlock Holmes stories
I would love to get ideas for books to read and new authors from any of you who want to clue me in on something that I may be missing.
Happy book hunting to all.
