Hello!
I joined BookCrossing in 2021 after a fun book exchange in another group. I was searching for other ways to exchange books and really liked the idea. I also have separation issues with my books and it seems easier to give them away in swaps or leave them in LFL when I have a slight chance of hearing back from them.
I loved reading in childhood and have been reading more or less all the time. However, since the pandemic I have read much more and enjoyed the possibility to travel and live different lives that books offer.
I am more into contemporary fiction and non-fiction, but I am trying to step out of my comfort zone and try different genres. I read in English and Latvian, occasionally also in Georgian and Russian.
