Don't remember the process of learning to read.....I broke my leg in the Spring of 1st grade and spent the six weeks I was confined to bed reading my mother's "Reader's Digest Condensed Books", not "See Spot Run". Reading has always been my joy, my reward, my escape. I volunteer at the same public library that "Bebob" does...ah, the joys of living in a small city; you know your neighbors!
