I'm retired and travel the western half of the country a lot.
My main hobby is birding. I have studied birds quite a lot and give programs about them at National Parks and campgrounds in the Sierra where I work seasonally.
I was a career postal person and never have carried a gun!
My reading interests are mainly historical, relationship stories (not romance) and politics.
