Extended Profile
I was a computer geek in the SF Bay Area for many years when I decided to quit for a year and a half. I spent several months on the road in a VW camper bus, travelling across the US and Canada. I also took several classes (sailing, 400+ hours in massage
and an accelerated pre-med program) and generally just detoxed from the silicon valley grind.
Since then, I have moved to Portland, OR, which has been amazing. I'm working in high tech again, but remotely and half time, which is much more sane. With my free time, I am making new friends, hiking in the Columbia River Gorge, cooking, practicing massage, going to the gym and learning how to garden.
