Not much to tell. I'm a former secretary and homeschooling mom who now has plenty of time on her hands. Hubby doesn't want me to work anymore, I'm not stupid! The kids are grown, although our 28yo daughter is partially disabled and lives at home. We just welcomed our 3rd grandchild. (big smile) So now I'm finally getting time to read again. I love animals and at the moment have 2 cats, 1 dog. That is subject to change whenever a stray turns up on my doorstep. I also work with an animal rescue group and try to place most strays so that my dear hubby doesn't leave me!! We are remodeling inside and out an old farmhouse so I'm really into gardening and landscaping books right now, as well as my favorite, light, not to risque romance books. I love medieval times and old west stories. If it wasn't for bathroom and cleanliness issues I would say I was born in the wrong century! I'm not the best but a pretty fair scrabble player too.
