Extended Profile
A self-confessed bookworm - whose pet hates include people who dog-ear pages or leave them open face-down(!!!) - I think this idea of sharing and tracking books is brilliant and compulsively addictive (but maybe that's just my obsessive streak coming through).

I had read about BookCrossing in various newspapers/mags but hadn't really checked out the site until I found a wild release, 84 Charing Cross Road, on a train. Excitement-plus and instant addiction!

I like to learn or be made to think when I read - so I love a good auto/biography, travel stories, true crime, gastronomic anthologies or psychology/sociology.

Book rays/rings I am hosting (PM me to join!):
AUS/NZ ONLY Indulgence by Paul Richardson One man's selfless search for the best chocolate in the world
AUS/NZ ONLY Join Me by Danny Wallace True story akin to BookCrossing meets Pay It Forward
INT'AL Fear of Flying by Erica Jong Sexy, sassy and hilarious

Concluded book rays/rings (sorry these have closed)
The Bride Stripped Bare by Anonymous
The Secret History by Donna Tartt
How to Save Your Own Life by Erica Jong
Lunch of Blood by Antonella Gambotto
Pants on Fire by Maggie Alderson
