I've been collecting books for 30 years or more without ever becoming serious but I like to think I have done my bit in fostering world talent.
My wife and I understand each other. When we go on holidays I don't complain about the amount of clothes she packs while in return she turns a blind eye to the 10kg of books I set out with and the 30 or so, I take home.
