For exchanges, my preferences are;

Non-fruity herbal teas - camomile is my favourite

For my allotment, bee friendly flower and herb seeds along with vegetable seeds.

Blank cards and envelopes for upcycling used cards

Natural, vegetable soap bars, especially shampoo bars

Cotton fat quarters for making lavender bags

I like the outdoors, nature, sustainability, and I'm making head-way in cutting down on single-use plastic

I'm allergic to dairy, wheat, eggs, sugar so no sweets or chocolate please. I don't use candles or incense.
