Extended Profile
I am a voracious reader who has bookshelves overstuffed to the gunnels.
To reduce the ominous sagging of shelves I decided to prune my collection.
I just couldn't bear to consign my treasures to a cardboard box that may linger for years at the back of the local opportunity shop so I decided to try bookcrossing.
My usual method is to take a ready-labelled book and read snipets of it on the train to work. I then release it on the way home. One extra bonus is that I no longer feel the need to purchase the doom-ridden daily paper.
Many thanks to the work colleague who mentioned it to me. I just love releasing books into the wild!
