Extended Profile
I have always loved to read and to this day I can't imagine not being in the process of reading a book. I don't understand people who don't read, who say it is boring or that they don't have time to do it. To me, buying books is as necessary as buying
groceries. If I don't have a new book, I start rereading old favorites. Right now, I am on a prolonged mystery kick, with the occasional science fiction or romance or general novel mixed in to vary the fare. Favorite mystery authors include Nevada Barr, Janet
Evanovich, Joanne Fluke, Jane Langton, Elizabeth Peters, etc. In general fiction I like Ann B. Ross and Jennifer Chiaverini; in science fiction/fantasy I like Anne McCaffery, Mercedes Lackey, Jane Yolen, Patricia A. McKillip, etc.
