I have been a dedicated book lover since before I could read. My father used to read me to sleep at night, and it often took 8-10 books to sate my appetite for stories.

Before long, I was reading books on my own, and I haven't stopped since! Fiction is my favorite, as I love getting drawn into a good plot. Really, most good fiction stories are mysteries of some sort, leaving behind little clues on what is to come, slowly unraveling before your eyes. I have picked up several nonfiction as well, and I should say that I just love books.

In the time I'm not reading, I scrapbook, crochet, sing (I was a music major) knit and dabble in just about anything I can get my hands on.

I'm married to a wonderful man, and we now spend copious amounts of time reading to our two young daughters.
