Extended Profile
I like the number five and people's hands. I love books, obviously. I will read everything, up to and including the cereal box if that's all that's left. I enjoy quotations and drawing and drinking tea. My Bartlett's and my Benet's are two of my favorite
books. My cat Grania O'Maille learned long ago to step carefully between the open book and my face if she needed something desperately; she just leaves me to those square things that are good for scratching her face on. I think BumperStickerSpeak is funny.
I'm one of those people who reads the sayings on buttons and t-shirts and greeting cards and laughs hysterically. I play well with others, but I run with scissors. I have movies and places and music and people I love, and a few I dislike, but none that I hate.
Hate is a four-letter word. My favorite crayon is Midnight Blue. I am concerned about how we're using the environment, jeopardizing the future, revising the past, limiting humanity to this planet, and generally not behaving like the responsible conservators
that a species this close to the top spot in a biosphere should be. But mostly I just like to read.
