Books are among my friends and has been for many years. If I have not yet read a book, but know it is coming out as a movie, I will refrain from reading the book first. If I do so, then later watch the movie, the movie is always disappointing. Less detail or imagining.

My reading tastes vary by mood or availability. I prefer fiction, over non-fiction but regardless enjoys a variety of genres in both. However, in what I release, it will tend to be the non-fiction, but again of various genres.

To enjoy a book continues to be a simply used pleasure. No wires or connections needed, may fit easily into a purse or pocket, go past the most sophisticated security scans, and be enjoyed anywhere. With some, you don't even have to be able to see to enjoy. Making it a more versatile form of learning and entertainment, for a broader audience...if they can at all read.

My eyes work quite well, and thanks to my commuting mode, as well as supplies from a variety of sources, my fast and voracious reading style is well supported. I am very happy to have found BookCrossing as resource to share such friends.
