Extended Profile
I have really enjoyed reading Dan Brown, Robert Anson Heinlein, Orson Scott Card, Piers Anthony, Terry Brooks and Deepak Chopra. You'll rarely see me parting with one of these authors.. though some of these books are floating amongst family and
friends!
Previously I gave a freedom flight to most of my personal collection and alot of our kids' books as they outgrow them, along with books from my local ReuseIt Group.
My stepchildren are intringued in the concept of a worldwide library, too... Ron, keep up the excellent work! And most thanks of all goes to Jen, without her I wouldn't have discovered this community library ;-)
Thanks to cliff1976. who formerly hosted our wishlists. Thanks for giving the BC members the gift of your time n talents!,
Update January 2009 - After spending many months in Texas, Kansas and elsewhere, I realize I could have released more books to the wild instead of shipping them home but didn't think about it at the time. I now have my book stamper and stack of BCID labels packed - ready to travel with me on my adventures around the U.S.! I love finding "unreleased" books in the wild and releasing them again through Bookcrossing! ;-)
Lin, Thanks for taking all those textbooks we no longer need. Good luck in college!
ATTENTION ST. LOUIS BookCrossers!
The Annual St. Charles Friends of the Library Book Fair will be held in June. The location is again at the St. Charles Convention Center this year. This is an excellent opportunity to acquire books! ;-)
