Love to read! That's why I'm here. My favorite Book is the
Holy Bible but I am mostly a medical-mystery reader when I read anything else.
I am looking to collect any and all older versions of Nancy Drew...the yellow hard copies of the good old days. I have a few already so if you have one you would like to send my way, please contact me by PM and indicate the name and story # and I will look to see if it's one I need. If I can trade in exchange for the books, I shall be happy to do so but I'm not sure I have much to offer in trade. I've given so many away! What I have available by simple request you can find under Available.
Also, as an RN I like to find good quality stories that could really happen, are believable; where the author has some knowledge of his/her characters and the plot, etc. For example, if I want a great court scene I might go to the lawyer-turned-author John Grisham. For a great doctor/nurse-who-done-it I might go to physician-turned-author Michael Palmer.
As a book lover I have an interest in the following:
Medical thrillers/mysteries
Court drama scenes
Historical fiction
Biographies/autobiographies (some)
Stephen King (not satanic, just plain wierd)
Christian
American and classic literature
European classic literature (Tolstoy)
