Hi Book lovers everywhere. I have been an avid reader all my life and have bought books new and old on a regular basis. I have often read books that I wnated to tell the world about. You know the ones - those that leave you feeling like you've lost a good friend when you reach the end! That's why I joined this site - at last a chance to share some wonderful books and also have fun of finding them!

I work for the government in the Uk as an Environmental Education Officer so this site is a bit like a busmans holiday - anything that reuses/recylces stuff is ok with me! I have two grown up kids who unfortunately do not share my love of books, finding computer games more entertaining! I am married to a wonderful man who has his own business (building)but again does not enjoy reading, would rather watch a film or football!

I enjoy travelling and visit India quite a lot to see friends there. I hope to 'catch' books whilst on my travels, although looking on the site there don't appear to be any contacts ion Southern Indian, maybe I will have to start the ball (or should I say book!) rolling while I'm there in November!
