I live in beautiful Cornwall in a secluded cottage surrounded by fields, with my husband Andy and Bullmastiff Tom-Stinker-Snoggit. That's him in the photo.

After 28 years working at the, literally, cutting edge of nursing I've hung up my surgical gloves and gown and now help my husband and team with property developement. I can work as and when I want and I can get my hands DIRTY too. Great fun.


I grew up with Winnie the Pooh (he's still my hero), Alice and The Wind in the Willows.
There are loads I couldn't possibly part with by authors like Tolkein, Iain Banks, Dean Koontz, Isaac Azimov, Frank Herbert and all of Terry Pratchetts Discworld which I re-read regularly, they make me laugh out loud.


I recently read Philip Pullman's "His Dark Materials" which is fabulous and is now part of my permanent collection.


I am slowly registering books although you probably won't find any of my permanents registered unless I see it on someones wish list and I will lend it or maybe do a bookring.
Anything on my available list is up for grabs and I'm happy to go international, just ask nicely and we can do a deal. And I do like browsing through peoples wish lists and will do RABCK when I can.
