Extended Profile
Yes, I am a Grandma Alice. I am in that stage of my life where I'm trying to thin out all those things that my husband and I have spent a long time and some money to acquire. Books have been like a plug in the free-flow drain of simplifying life. My husband,
in particular, can't stand to part with books, but has found a younger friend willing to take on much of his long unread collection. Like Karma, Bookcrossing came my way; suddenly, I can part with some books that are too good to toss but are no longer wanted
or of interest. Hopefully finders will enjoy them and pass them along.
PS This photo was taken at Cypress Gardens near Charleston in the fall. There is an alligator in the water, but it's hard to see.
