This bookshelf is maintained by
Abbynormal92243. It is an Official BookCrossing Zone!
All books registered or caught here will be released via the church library. Although not all books are marked traveling, they are--Stacy just hasn't caught up with the releasing yet.

Please be aware that because all the books are traveling even if they are not marked traveling and not everyone who takes a book may have computer access, it's possible that the book you want is not available.
We're also keenly interested in contributing to needy areas across the U.S. Please PM abbynormal92243 with details.
Our church
We at First United Methodist Church believe that the spirit of BookCrossing is in keeping with the United Methodist motto: "Open Hearts, Open Minds, Open Doors."
Books are, indeed, sacred things, and they are meant to be shared.
If you choose to send a book our way, please plaster the pkg with bookcrossing stickers. :)
I want everyone to know the generosity of bookcrossers.
our address:
Bookcrossing Librarian
1st United Methodist Church

El Centro, CA 92243
to the wonderful, generous people of FUMC: you may bring books to the church office or you may take them down to the Book Nook and tell Sally it's for our church account. :)
I encourage you to investigate this whole bookcrossing thing--maybe make a bookshelf of your own! Then you can see first-hand how cool it is to watch where your books go!
If there is a book you're longing to read, let me know so I can put it on our wishlist or hunt it down myself!
If you don't have books to donate but would like to contribute, please consider checking out the bookcrossing store--we can always use labels and bookmarks, etc.
Here's how BookRays work.
1.) When you receive the book, make a journal entry to say you've received it, and then
2.) PM the next person in the list for his or her address.
3.) When you've read the book, make another journal entry relating your thoughts and opinions about the book, then
4.) send it to the next person.
PM me with any questions. And if you want to join a bookray that's already in progress, PM me and I'll add you to the list.
Bookrays we sent out into the world:
