I always loved reading. When I was a girl, I was a bit of an overachiever, and spent all my free time reading books. In high school, that changed, since reading was now assigned to me, and I had to pick every book I read apart and analyze every last detail in essay.

For a long time after high school, reading was distasteful since I viewed it as a chore or an assignment. But now, I've renewed my interest. I'll be buying lots of books that I've missed in this period, starting with what people consider to be "the best." I've also recently joined a book club, and am reading a variety of everyone's favorite or new interesting books. And since I rarely re-read a book, expect to see a lot of them set free into the wilds of Eugene.

My other interests include webdesign, collecting music of all genres, karaoke, cats, anime, roleplaying games, and console gaming.
