Extended Profile
I'm a wife, mother to two adults (three if I count my dear son-in-law), and as of 2/10/06, a grandmother. I'm also mommy to a sweet Maltese pup named Charly.
I love books...I love reading them, owning them, being in bookstores...I even love the smell of books! I was so excited when I first heard of BookCrossing as it gives me the ability to share my love with the world in a "Pay It Forward" sort of way. I enjoy a variety of genre and often have two or three books going at a time; usually one fiction and one non-fiction...makes it easier to keep the characters and story lines straight! ;~)
Although I've released several books, to date I've only had a few that someone found and journaled. My son-in-law had me release one for him after he registered it and I read it. THAT release (his first) was found and journaled right away! I was so jealous!
