Extended Profile
I used to leave books on buses and the "L" train in Chicago all the time, years ago. On Halloween of 2003, I found a bookcrossing book sitting on an ATM when I was on my way out of the grocery store. I walked by it. I kind of guessed what it was about
by looking at the post it note. I have a busy life with small children and thought I'd leave it for someone else. I stood outside for about 10 seconds, wondering "How can I pass that up?" I went back in and grabbed it.
