Extended Profile
I just registered in BookCrossing, and although I am not quite sure how it works, I have a general idea, and I find it fascinating!
I am a recently disabled woman who is always searching for good books to read. I haven't been reading much lately, and I am ready to start again!
I used to get in trouble in grade school for reading too much! Can you imagine that? As a former Kindergarten teacher, I encourage reading to my children's parents to read, read, READ whatever they could to their children. I had a lending library in my classroom, both in Spanish and in English, and it was very popular.
Now I will get to pass along my love of reading and books to the world, and see who reads them and where they travel! I have so many books to do this, mostly children's books that it will be very fun and interesting for me!
I hope to meet other BookCrossers here, and wherever else!
