My thoughts on the book;

Not read by me, but this was either bought as part of a bulk-buy "10 for £1" offer at a "withdrawn" books sale at Chelmsford Library, or as part of a bulk-buy "two books for 50p" charity shop deal, or left at our staff canteen along with other books people had finished with; or has been "donated" to the BookCrossing cause (or "your Book Travelling-thingy", as he calls it) by my dear Father.

The attached journal image should give you an idea which one of those sources this book came from. ;-)

"Rufus O'Niall is dead and the green nazi occupation has been defeated: but at a huge cost to the three extraordinary people who saved England from the dark. Shattered and deeply changed by the sacrifices each of them had to make, Fiorinda, Axe and Sage are in hiding from their friends and fans on the Pacific coast of Mexico when they're tracked down by an emissary of Fred Eiffrich, President of the United States. He's got an offer they can't refuse. It's about a movie, allegedly . . . Sage finds himself drawn to an old flame. Ax has to fight dirty, for the future and against the might of a collapsing superpower.

And Fiorinda, the magical daughter of the monster, whose memories of utter horror are threatening her sanity, struggles with a deadly addiction. The Bold As Love adventure continues, spinning a web of daring, dread and enchantment, in a world that could almost be ours.

About the Author;

Gwyneth Jones lives in Brighton with her husband and son. She won the Arthur C. Clarke Award for BOLD AS LOVE, the first book in this sequence; CASTLES MADE OF SAND was shortlisted for the British Science Fiction Award. She is the previous winner of the James Tiptree Memorial Award and two World Fantasy Awards; four of her previous books have been shortlisted for the Arthur C. Clarke Award."

Microsoft Office Word Label and Bookmark Templates;

A lot of us BookCrossers use sheets of shop-bought sticky labels to put the BCID numbers on our books, myself included. I've made up several BookCrossing label templates and other bits and bobs in MS Word, and if you would like any of them, drop me a Private Message with your requirements, and I can directly link you to what might be suitable for you.

See http://www.fishchipsandmushypeas.co.uk/bc/ for everything I have on offer, all for free download and use.

Templates are all available in a wide range of label sizes and label brands.

I also have a sheet of basic bookmarks with the BC logo and "mail merge" versions of some of the Microsoft Word Banner labels templates too.

I can probably replicate any label layout fairly quickly into a different sheet layout, so tell me what you need.

Picked up at the BC meet, not sure if it's my type of book but I'll give it a go as it is compared to Neil Gaiman's style and he is a favourite.
A very random free gift!

WILD RELEASE NOTES:

This year I'm attempting to read and/or release bc books in my possession. Unfortunately I never got around to this one and not sure if I will anytime soon so I decided to release it and give it another chance.
Released as part of the 52 towns in 52 weeks challenge and for Vekiki's School Challenge, for geography where we were supposed to have an Antarctic theme. I thought snow was very apt.

Left outside a nice looking appartment block near the trainstation, I noticed lots of cars in the car park all snowed in so I'm hoping that many of those have caught the train and thus will be walking into the area instead, also on a busy commuter pass and lots of people reverted to the train today so should have a lot of foot traffic passing by.

Thanks for taking the time to journal this book. Bookcrossing aims to keep books moving and meeting to readers, firstly to spread the love of reading but also so books don't just aquire dust for years on end. I hope that you enjoy reading this book and when you have finished with it that you are able to pass it to a new reader or leave it somewhere for somebody new to discover.
