good book, quick read.

I had my first bookcrossing meeting at Teas n Beans in Langford on September 11th/2003 (ewe - ominous). I got the book from annabanana609 and I just finished it. I will re-release it very soon.

I enjoyed the first half of the book but then I felt there were too many undeveloped characters running around and I had a hard time remembering who was who - especially since I didn't read the book every day. Then I felt the story got a little cheesy and less plausible in the last third of the book. I think the author wanted us to see alot of possible murder suspects and not have a good idea who the killer was - not a bad idea but the characters were a little 2 dimensional to remember them.

My running club went for pizza after our run today so I brought my 2 "ready to be released books" [this one - Flesh and Blood as well as Riptide] in and dropped them on the table. They were gobbled up quickly by culturally starved runners and so begin their journey ...
