The nightmare begins when Alex Delaware receives an envelope wrapped in coarse blue paper, with no return address. Inside is a ringbinder with gold letters on it - the Murder Book. The album is full of macabre pictures of murders, taken at the scene of the crime, with brief descriptions of how, and why, the victims died. But only one picture is marked "Not Solved".
From back cover.
This is the first Kellerman book I've read, and I'll certainly be looking out for more. I bought it soon after I joined bookcrossing, at the stage of "Books, books, got to have books" when I found it cheap at the supermarket.
I finally got round to reading it, and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Thank you so much. The book arrived in the post today. Thanks for the postcard too. What a wonderful idea when sending books abroad.
Can't wait to read this one.
Cheers

Thanks Loopy1. As usual Jonathan Kellerman did not disappoint. I found it a bit slow going at first but soon got into it. There is no team like Alex and Milo when they join up to solve crimes and put their own lives in danger in the process.
I feel sorry for Alex and Robin though. Hope things change in the next book and they are back together. I'm sorry I don't hang on the the Kellerman books when I have read them but they are so popular. Next time loopy I'll remember you! Cheers and thank you.

Taking this to a friend tomorrow just to borrow and will write a journal entry when it comes back to me.
Autumn is in full bloom in Canada Loopy.
What's it like in England?

Autumn here too - glorious colours on the trees, and the squirrel running merrily up and down the trees nearby.
