It started nicely and I thought this is a good murder investigation, but then Josie the idiot started to get romantic about her boss, Hamish Macbeth, and proves all stupid stories about women not being professional as true. What a disappointment!
I didn't like Josie at all, however also a red-hared scotsman who loves hits pets best and doesn't care about women is strange.
the murder investigation is done a little bit strangely and could have been explained in more details, however the story focussed more on the trash love story.
For me it was not the best book to read, at least it was quick and I can pass it on now...
