I really enjoyed this story collection that introduced me to some customs and rituals of other cultures. I will also note that I can't seem to ever figure out what exactly makes a "pulitzer". Perhaps I will look up the criteria some day when I can put down a book long enough to do it! This book was sent to me as a RABCK and is now available to another bookcrosser. I will check cliff1976 first and then release it into the wild if no one has requested it.
Released to a thrift shop for resale...We'll see what happens.
I am a bookseller. Bought it at a thrift store. Sold it on Amazon.com. Didn't see the bookplate until I was wrapping it for shipping. So it's now on its way to Astoria, NY. Hopefully the new owner will see the bookplate and log on... I'd never heard of this site before now. Though I have very often wondered...how many lives do these books have? Now, perhaps I can watch this one and see. And release a few others as well.
