I read this book many years ago, after finishing the "Lord of the Rings." I remember this being difficult to read, but that might have been because I was still pretty young at the time. After catching up on the LOTR books, I want to revisit this to see if I can't get more out of it now.
Purchased from the Yesterday's Rose thrift store in Fairfax, VA. To be read and released.

I had fully intended to try and re-read this book, but now that I've revisited the LOTR books, I find that I just don't have enough interest to tackle this book again. I enjoyed the LOTR, but don't feel any overwhelming need to delve deeper into the history of Middle Earth. I'll set this free, and hopefully it will find a reader who wants to dig into this background material.
