Newbie challenge to veteran bookXers:
I've hidden 3 books in the wild west end of the park.
Your mission, if you care to accept it, will be to locate one or all b4 they are found or eaten by the wildlife ;) All books are wrapped in plastic, duct-taped to 'something', and slightly visible from a path. I'll add another hint or pic later if the book hasn't been caught. Happy Hunting!!

HINT#1: That big branch hanging over your head would make a great reading place! But if benches are more your style, you'll find one across the path.

HINT #2: Become a tree-hugger and you'll be rewarded! :)

What fun! A bookcrossing treasure hunt right in my own neighborhood! I set out Thursday morning and was able to find two of the three books ZaraGaia had hidden in beautiful Bowness Park. I left a book of mine nearby.

This doesn't look like the sort of thing I would normally read. I will probably give it a shot anyway before I read & release. Thanks Zara Gaia!

I read up until chapter ten but didn't really feel like reading further. I will release it again and maybe someone else will enjoy it more.
