Mister Satan's Apprentice: A Blues Memoir

I'm just beginning this book about a white boy from Congers, NY who learns to play the blues on harmonica. As a nerd in high school, he feels pretty blue. He moves to NYC, has his heart broken, and is then seriously blue.
Interestingly, he finds several musicians who are not at all hesitant to share their knowledge with him. First is Nat, another harmonica player. Then, there is Mister Satan.
Adam is driving through Harlem when he hears Mister Satan slamming out the blues on his guitar. "He was Robert Johnson reborn as Parliament Funkdelic, a Mississippi flood roaring down Broadway."
I can't wait to see where Mister Satan and Adam go - both musically and personally.

I've updated my rating on this book by a point. I finished two days ago and enjoyed it thoroughly. I recommend it to everyone but especially to music lovers. Enjoy Adam's journey.
