Oh man, a wishlist book I've been dying to get my hands on! Thank you so much Marsala! This arrived while I was in the middle of giving exams, sorry for the delay in journalling; exams got over day before, and I'm already done with the book...couldn't resist it...read it all the way on the train journey home and finally completed it last night! It's a gem of literature and art, Satrapi's story is so insightful...it's a unique perspective, both bang-on and revelatory, humorous, honest and weaving the political and social scenario with her personal experiences in an ingenious way. Hats off. I'm officially a fan.
