I read this book so long ago, that I've forgotten what it was all about. It's been on my "to be RE-read shelf." I figured that was never going to happen, so I am releasing it.
Basically all I remember about this story is the setting, the time period, a boy, and that it's technically "fiction" and not "mystery/thriller/law story" like the rest of Grisham's books.
Putting into MarysGirl's Something for Everyone Mt TBR Book Box - happy reading!

WILD RELEASE NOTES:
Added to the Morphing Romance Book Box.
Taking out of Citychc's Morphing Romance Bookbox.
Interesting story told from the point of view of a 7 year old boy living on a cotton farm during the early 1950's. It's refreshing to listen to his dreams of becoming a professional baseball player, but seemingly destined to help support his family continue to farm the land.
