Since this book is so different from what we normally read from Debbie Macomber, I wasn't sure if I would like it. I am so glad I read it. She has some good ideas about good deeds and generosity that made me think about more things that I can do for others.

I enjoyed this book and it's a very fast read. I took my time with it because with a book like this I find that I get more out of it if I just read a little bit every day. It helps me to assimilate the message. Will pm the next in line and get it out soon.

Liked the Ten Rules for Happier Living:
- Give something away, no strings attached
- Do a kindness and forget it
- Spend a few minutes with the aged, their experience is priceless
- Look intently into the face of a baby and marvel
- Laugh often, it's life's lubricant
- Give thanks, a thousand times a day is not enough
- Pray or you will lose the way
- Work with vim and vigor
- Plan as though you'll live forever, because you will
- Live as though you'll die tomorrow, because you will on some tomorrow

Received this bookray from Bkind2books. I've always enjoyed Debbie Macomber books. And all-though previous readers say it's different from her other stories, I look forward to reading it.

What a wonderful surprise....THANK YOU so very much, love2cook, for passing along this amazing looking book, as well as the BEAUTIFUL bookmark (and a special 'shout-out' and hug to my dear friend MyssCyn). I've enjoyed the Debbie Macomber books that I've read so far, but this one just looked like it would be *extra special*, and I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to read it...especially seeing the wonderful journey of kindness that it's already take to this point. Once finished, I will make sure to keep the karma going and pass it along for someone special to enjoy.
