An Dr. Alex Delaware/Milo Sturgis mystery. This one is about a package Dr. Delaware receives that someone sends him that contains an alburm filled with gruesome crime-scene photos. When Milo views the album, he sees a pic of a young woman who was tortured, strangled, and dumped along the freeway. It was one of his first cases as a rookie. When he and Alex start investigate the twenty year old murder, people of power and wealth have some ugle secrets revealed.
