Bought as a birthday present for myself. Looks fun in a cheesy porn sort of way...
This was a very quick, very naughty, and quite funny read. It was my first Yaoi Hentai experience... I didn't even realize there was such a genre within Yaoi.. fun stuff!
Putting this in ealasaidmae's GBLTQ bookbox. Enjoy, but be forewarned, this is quite blush-worthy!
I'm going to have to claim this from the bookbox. I've never read anything in this genre, though I don't mind hard yaoi at all and the back cover made me laugh about 4 times alone. I flipped through and was a bit mesmerized by the faerie boys (I love the wings) in the middle-of-the-book gallery. So I'll have to explore in more detail.
There's a yaoi bookbox coming my way soon, so I wanted to make a point of moving some books off Mt. TBR. This was one of them. I read this book two days after I got my gallbladder out and needed something happy to distract me.
Wow. This is definitely hard yaoi from the very start, with everything from sex magic to four-ways to tentaclesex. There are several different stories in here, two of which are based on fairy tales; I think they were my favorite, actually. The Goldilocks and the Three Bears story was hot and hilarious at times. And I liked that Trach, the tentacle, ah, beastie, doesn't take itself too seriously either.
My favorite portion of the book, however, was the art gallery. Such gorgeous art and creative, inspiring images. I'd love to write stories based on some of them. I definitely want to look up Anne Cain's art in the future (beautiful faeries). I feel like I might have come across it in the past on book covers.
For me, this book was a case of "don't judge a book by its cover" or its title, for that matter. But DO judge it by its "Absolutely Not for Children" disclaimer! This was a great collection of sexy hard yaoi stories and art.

This book came home in the yaoi bookbox today; many thanks! It looks hilarious (not to mention kinky), and I'm still giggling over the back-cover blurb. "If you're a straight guy who picked up this book because you think those are flat-chested girls on the front, put it back. They're dudes."
Later: This was lots of fun, with its over-the-top fairy-tale kink. The "Bean Stalk" tale had me worried for a while, as it seemed that everyone except the giant would get a happy ending, but perhaps the giant's happy too. The art gallery featured some sexy images. And I really enjoyed Trach's story - who knew a tentacle monster could be so much fun? ("Ceiling cat" made me giggle.) And the "Goldilocks" story was fun too, especially when the narrator got annoyed at being interrupted by the characters.
Funny sex, sexy fun!

I'm sending this to BCer HI77 in Florida as part of a trade. Enjoy!
