Stargirl

This was given to me as a gift from StarGirl from PCX!
Reserved for SCHMETTERLING. This is a typical appreciate-those-who-are-different kind of young adult read. You can't close the book without wanting to perform random acts of kindness. If you don't, well, tsk tsk tsk. The timing of this reading coincides with my recent discovery of JOINME. http://joinmeusa.com
Mailed to Schmetterling in a swap.
Received as part of a swap... Yay! Thanks, RidingReader.
Totally enjoyable tale of young love, nonconformity, and human kindness. It made me realise that there have been lots of Stargirls in my life and I am grateful for each and every one. Now let's all go be our own version of Stargirl.
Pulled out of Janaqq's 2004 bookbox today. Adding to TBR for now.
Received today from ramson in LA. I've always wanted to read this & now here it is. Thank you so much for offering this on the relays, ramson.
I read this in one day - I started it this morning and finished it tonight. I couldn't seem to put it down. Stargirl left me with a bittersweet feeling. I thought the message was a little too obvious, but since this is really a YA book, I'll let that slide!!!!! I thought the ending was perfect, and the book had some surprises for me. I will remember Stargirl for a long time.
Offered on Bookrelay and mailed today to sabeena29 in MA. Enjoy ~
