Aren`t I lucky - TWO copies of this in Red Cross Shop - beautifully written, enthralling read - well, I thought so!

Going to see Whale Rider so will find somewhere to leave this - probably the loos - that`d usually where I end up leaving them!

Just about to start reading the book, though not sure I'll like the subject matter. I have enjoyed several of Margaret Attwood's books in the past, however.

I had never heard of BookCrossing.com, but have already told several people about it, so maybe books will start appearing all over Scotland (and Australia!)

I really enjoyed reading this after all - and no, I didn't take 6 months to finish it! Just couldn't bear to give up my first "catch" !
