I love Philippa Gregory and have read most of her Tudor Court novels. Looking forward to getting stuck into this one.
Not as good as The Tudor Court novels but still an enjoyable read. This book makes me want to learn so much more about the War Of The Roses and about the poor little princes.
At times in this book I didn't like Elizabeth Woodville, she did seem to care more about the throne than her family. Other times she seemed like an interesting women, one that deserves more reading into.
I liked the link with her family and what we call 'The Little Mermaid'. Who would have thought that story was ever linked to a royal family!? I can't wait to read the story from the other side 'The Red Queen'. One for the wishlist :) I also liked all the extra bits that Philippa had at the end. Love it when authors do that.
